Iyah Roots Rastafari Shop usually ships orders within 3 business days. An email is sent upon receipt of your order followed by another email informing you of the date your order was shipped.
Products are now being shipped from Canada. Occasionally, items are shipped from United Kingdom or Jamaica depending on availability and/or your location. Items are generally received within 3-14 business days after shipped.
You can order any amount of items you wish for a flat rate of just $10 USD.
On rare occasions duty fees are applicable. Please note that customers are responsible for any duty fees charged by your country.
Returns
Iyah Roots Rastafari Shop aims for 100% customer satisfaction. It is of absolute importance that our customers are pleased with our products and services. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product(s) please return within 30 days of receipt. You have the option to exhange the item(s) or request a refund excluding any shipping costs. In the good faith of Rastafari, we ask that you respect our return policy. Please ensure that:
- The items were NOT used, worn, washed, or dry-cleaned.
- Unless damaged during transport, the item(s) should be in excellent condition for resale.
